Exchanges and Returns

While we make sure that all products sent to you are without defect, however if you do receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to exchange, no questions asked. Just send the product back to us within 7 working days by to our address, and get an exchange or refund immediately. To get an exchange or refund, simply notify us by calling our contact number +971545351320 or emailing us directly to to notify us of the return. While we do not ask you why you are returning a product, you’ll need to provide us with evidence of purchase such as invoice, transaction ID, and payment mode for us to process the exchange or refund. The product should be shipped back to us in “as sold condition” in their original box, warranty card, manuals (if any) and accessories. Any product returned with missing components above will not be considered for return or exchange. If your product is defective or damaged, then specify the defect or damage in a separate sheet of paper. Under no circumstance should you mark or write on the product. Your returned product will first be checked for the cause of defect or damage then replaced with the same product, no questions asked. If the same product is not available, you will be offered an exchange, or refund. We only offer refund for exchanged or returned items if they are shipped back to us within 7 working days. All refunds, whether as a result of cancellation or exchange, will only be done through the original mode of payment.


Since all of our products are refurbished and used, we do not offer official brand warranty. We offer 30 days warranty for service. If during this time you find a product is defective, out of order, or show signs of malfunction you can contact us to claim your warranty. We will not ask you any question and apply the warranty immediately. Warranty claim only takes effect if you notify us via email within the stipulated period and not beyond. Please note warranty claim shipment and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
